What does it mean to be a B Corp?

To become a B Corp, Son of a Tailor underwent an assessment of our business model and operations to confirm that we meet high standards of social and environmental impact.

The assessment is divided into 5 Impact Areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. For each, we received a score which is then added up to the total B Impact Score.

To qualify for a B Corp certification you must score at least 80, with the median score of ordinary businesses being 50.9.

Our total score is 117.5 out of maximum 200, putting us in the top 8% of B Corps worldwide.

Son of a Tailor's clothing is made from responsible materials, made to order, and made for the person wearing it - and without compromising labor rights.”
